As practitioners of Dutch Acrobatics and volunteers for the Dutch Acrobatics Convention, we found a lot of manual complexity around organizing the event. Acrobatics and acroyoga do not have a single dimensional “skill level” concept—someone who’s an expert at flows might be a beginner at the “princess” lift.

As a result, we built a workshop organization tool that makes it possible to communicate with our community and make organizers’ lives easier while giving participants and teachers the tools to have an easily navigable and safe experience.
